We recommend you review this page regularly to stay informed of updates. 3. SARMs & SARM-Like Products Our SARMs products are sold strictly for research purposes only. Under no circumstances should our products be used in any human trials in the UK without Home Office or MHRA authorisation. They are not Investigational Medicinal Products. 4. Ordering and Contract Formation When you place an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We will send you a confirmation email detailing the products ordered, payment method, and total cost. You must check this email and notify us immediately of any errors. A contract of sale between you and Density Labs is formed only when: Your payment has been approved; We have verified pricing; and The order has been dispatched. An order acknowledgement email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to reject any order before processing. 5. Product Descriptions & Imagery We use manufacturer-supplied images for product listings. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we cannot be held responsible for colour discrepancies. We make every effort to display correct descriptions and prices; however, errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we cannot contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and refunded in full. 6. Pricing & VAT All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and offers at any time. 7. International Taxes & Duties Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and other charges. Please consult your local customs authority for current rates. 8. Stock Availability Our website operates in real time. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund. 9. Product Assembly, Maintenance & Care Products requiring assembly or part fitting should be installed by a competent person in accordance with manufacturer specifications. You should review your warranty conditions before assembly or repair. We cannot be held liable for damage caused during installation or repair. Some manufacturer guarantees require professional installation. 10. Product Reviews We welcome reviews on our website. We reserve the right to remove, reject or edit any review at our discretion. 11. Delivery 11.1 Delivery Options We offer multiple delivery services. Packaging and delivery charges are calculated by weight at checkout. 11.2 Delivery Timescales Delivery estimates are provided in our FAQs. Standard delivery times are indicative only. Express deliveries are handled by third-party couriers with a 99.1% performance rate. Delays due to circumstances beyond our or the courier’s control (e.g., extreme weather, accidents) may occur. If your express delivery is late, contact us; we will investigate and refund the difference between express and standard shipping. We accept no liability for consequential losses arising from late delivery. 12. Payment Methods We accept payment by credit or debit card via our secure online checkout. 13. Fraud Prevention To prevent fraud, we employ anti-fraud procedures. If your transaction is flagged, we will contact you for additional verification. Fraudulent transactions are reported to the relevant authorities. 14. Coupons, Discounts & Promotional Codes Discount codes are valid only online, on the website where issued, unless stated otherwise. Codes are applied at checkout; they have no cash equivalent. The order value must exceed the voucher value. Only one code may be used per order; codes cannot be combined with Gift Voucher Codes. Codes must be entered at the time of purchase; they cannot be applied retrospectively. Promotional codes may exclude selected products. 15. Free Product Offers If a free product offer allows choice, you must select the free item at checkout. Free products cannot be added or changed retrospectively. If you return an item that included a free product, you must also return the free product, or its retail value will be deducted from your refund. 16. Faulty Goods All goods carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Faulty items will be assessed; if confirmed faulty, a replacement or refund will be offered. We will refund standard return postage costs for faulty goods. 17. Incorrect Product Dispatched If we dispatch incorrect goods, please return them to us. We will resend the correct item and refund your return postage. 18. Consumer Rights & Returns We comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You may cancel online or phone orders for a full refund if requested in writing within 14 working days of receipt, including delivery charges. To return goods, you must: Return them complete with tags and original packaging in a fully re-saleable condition; Cover return postage costs; We will refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Items exempt from cancellation and return: Personalised or made-to-measure products Perishable goods Unsealed media (CDs, DVDs, tapes, software, video) 18.1 Lost Parcels If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us within the delivery timeframes in our delivery information. Once the courier classifies it as lost (Royal Mail: UK 14 working days, International 28 working days; Express UK 3 working days), we will process a replacement or refund immediately. We accept no liability for consequential losses due to delayed or lost parcels. 19.
