We will send you a confirmation email detailing the products ordered, payment method, and total cost. You must check this email and notify us immediately of any errors. Express deliveries are handled by third-party couriers with a 99.1% performance rate. Delays due to circumstances beyond our or the courier’s control (e.g., extreme weather, accidents) may occur. If your express delivery is late, contact us; we will investigate and refund the difference between express and standard shipping. Free Product Offers If a free product offer allows choice, you must select the free item at checkout. Free products cannot be added or changed retrospectively. Faulty Goods All goods carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Faulty items will be assessed; if confirmed faulty, a replacement or refund will be offered.
